Laser End Break Detector

Flawless beams are a necessity for a high production standard of textile fabrics. Only the accurate scanning of the yarn sheet to detect broken or run out ends during the beaming or warping process will provide complete success. As a result of the current high warping speeds, the human eye is unable to detect faults in the yarn sheet.

Here the LASER END BREAK DETECTOR takes over. This LAWER END BREAK DETECTOR consists of the detecting head bed, which is a metal blower housing mounted on one or tow floor stands-depending on the width of the yarn sheet and the spacing between the thread-the LASER END BREAK DETECTOR included laser projectors, one control unit and metal blower.

The integrated air blower consists of a row of individual blowers. There blowers provide a high air output together with a low noise level and a low current consumption. The air stream is directed onto the yarn sheet with the help of deflector plates. The height of the detecting head bed is adjustable according to the height of the yarn sheet.

To avoid false stops caused by loose threads entering the laser beam when the machine is started up, a start delay is provided bye the control. The star delay period can be adjusted up to 10 seconds.
