Laser End Break Detector
Product Introduction
- This device is designed and developed through precise electronic optic theory with high function detection system suited to use in warp knitting machine. It can stop operation when there is yarn breakage to avoid any further breakage, increase the cloth quality and knitting efficiency.
- Using the device projector to launch the laser light and monitor through the receiver, scanner when yarn passes through laser light. The receiver can detect by launching a signal to stop operation of the main control box and order the machine to stop with the help of stop signal light.
- Suitable for warp knitting machine with the width of 84"-210", it can detect yarn from 15 denier and above.
- Main control box can accept the maximum of 1-4 sets of laser detector at the same time. It can coordinate and maintain the last few seconds operation of the warp knitting machine under normal condition.
- The device includes high voltage air blow machine, and spray air plastic tube, The broken yarn can be remove by using the detector.
