- NP-5050 Flaw Scanner adopts the state-of-the art twin CUP microprocessor from ATME. Data will not be lost in sudden blackouts The scanning lens moves back and forth at a distance of 6 to 7 centimeters from the surface, at a speed of two meters per second. It continuously checks the textile surface , and perceived data are sent to the CPU for logical calculation. If a flaw is found , the CPU sends a signal to stop the machine and stops immediately to prevent the flaw from expanding.
- Expansion slots(optional) for laser cut detection 1-4 are built into the NP-5050 main cabinet. The combination of two machines can conduct full-scale quality control.
